Purchased 3 generators for 3 different properties - Robert was quick to respond during negotiations and payment process but now that it is time for scheduled maintenance, he is TOTALLY unresponsive. The number listed online for his business is no longer in service and the cell phone I had for him states that he is not set up to receive voice mails so if he does not answer then you are out of luck. We had a service contract with Power Services to service a generator for our business. On more than one occasion they would miss appointments to repair our generator or take weeks to get the proper parts. We would expect them to show up at a scheduled time and no one would arrive. We had to reach out to them to find out why (parts delayed, wrong part shipped, etc.) Lots of excuses from this company with very little to show for it. We've canceled our contract with them and will find someone competent to handle our generator.
