This place is total Scam. Bought 4 power washers from them. Three of them broke within 6 months. Asked them first, if it can be repaired since its under warranty, I was being informed I have to pay for both service and parts. I still agreed to pay and asked them to come to the site for service. Waited two weeks, no one showed up. Called them back again and they informed me to email Mike who services the power washers. Mike give me a schedule after 2 weeks on a Friday. This place was an awful experience, I gave them three chances to show me something different and nope just pure lack of patience and care for my needs. Ownership and management is awful, could easily see owner doesn't want to be working but is to cheap to hire or pay what's needed to run a steady Business.really over all a bad experience because of the "owner" who really makes it his point to let you know he's the owner and has been in business for awhile. Real scummy

I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy. Complete waste of time and money. It was agreed they’d fix my pressure washer. They didn’t fix it, in fact he didn’t even work on it. They slapped a cheap part on it and charged me 5x the amount of the part. Same problems persisted. I brought it back, no apologies or accommodations. I received sarcasm and laughter from the office employee.
