Apparently, Power Rooter is owned by the same company as Drain Solvers, which means their reviews are posted in two different places. Here's the review that was just posted under Drain Solvers... Wow. This company is not customer friendly. I just called them to get a quote for replacing a water heater. Their response? "What price have you been getting from other contractors? You don't want to tell us? Okay...get your work done by them...hahahahaha" At least they made it easy to decide NOT to retain their services.

These folks also go by the name Drainsolvers and are best avoided. Their prices are 2-3 times what more reasonable plumbers charge. I had them do a main sewer line rooter job which they quoted at over $300 and they couldn't even complete it successfully, saying I needed to replace the entire main line for $6000 (double the replacement estimate I got from another plumber).
