I work at a local dealership and often come across stray cats with their kittens. I drive by the Power Road Animal Hospital on my way into work so decided to bring a rescued kitten to them. I'm thankful I did! I can't say enough about the staff. Caring, attentive and calming even when the vet tech was peed on! I had earlier found a caregiver and she was going to meet me at the hospital. Dr. Lake came out and explained the proper steps and also gave a cat carrier to the new owner. Over the top!
I got a dog back in early 2010, My neighbor across the street had several dogs so I asked him if he could recommend a vet. He replied that he took his dogs to power road animal hospital. I contacted them and made a appointment to have my dog neutered so as not to contribute to pet overpopulation. I have been going to power road animal hospital ever since. Terrible! They don't wear masks or let more than 1 person in per pet... the rudest vet in mesa Arizona. They couldn't have made is feel any worse or unwelcome. I have never had someone be so confrontational and rude. Clearly the lady running this business is heartless she turned us away when our dogs trachea was collapsed and we needed medicine. Heartless people here
We’ve been coming here for a couple years now. Everything about their clinic is amazing. My husband and I struggled to find a clinic we could trust and were SO happy when we found Power Road Animal Hospital. Just recently, our cat had a foreign body obstruction and required surgery. Brought my second puppy in on Saturday for puppy visit. Was told his prescription would be called in and ready for pick up on Monday. I dropped off fecal sample on Monday and inquired after his medication. I was told “don’t worry they (pharmacy) will contact you”. Today is Tuesday, I called in for the pharmacy’s phone number. The person who answered was rude, I think her name was Vanessa. Today they did a wonderful surgery on our Roxy Rooh that others said was impossible and so expensive. I highly am grateful for the Dr’s , Surgeon and staff for there support, patients and help through all this . I would recommend them for anything they take care of all our animals.

Just had a horrible and very unprofessional experience with this animal hospital. Vanessa of Power Road Animal Hospital, was extremely unprofessional, uncaring, and very rude concerning my pregnant French Bulldog. the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. from new puppy checkups to saying goodbye, I have never been disappointed with their level of professionalism and kindness. everybody treats every animal as if it were their own. I would recommend this vet to anybody!!!
