They came out for a flooded bathroom. Ramon responded very quickly and came out same day. His mitigation team Luis and Elijah came out a couple days later. They were very careful with our belongings and so fast setting everything up. They even kept a close eye on our nosey cats getting in their way. WATER & ASBESTOS removal project...........Had a company come in for water damage(they caused) about a 4-6 man crew and they did horrible work trying to clean it up damaged things and did super sloppy work!!!! When tearing out the floor about 3-4 layers down they suspected asbestos......8 days later they got it tested! 5 more days i get the results almost 2 weeks total getting nowhere!!!!!!! Hands down best company, basement started leaking was quoted a ridiculous number from another company wouldn’t even solve the problem, ramon and team came in found the leak and water proofed the basement at a much better price and quality work
I called Power Restoration of Rockford when water damaged my finished basement. Their team quickly removed the water damage, set up their drying machines, and also sealed my foundation walls to stop the water at its source. Respectful, professional, and incredibly efficient turning a nightmare into relief. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank You!
Ramon showed up and got the job done when he said he would. Knowing nothing about asbestos removal, I would not know if he did a good job or not, but fortunately, he made me a funny, dramatic video to demonstrate the results (which unfortunately, Google is being silly and not letting me upload here to share with the world, but trust me, it's a riveting video of the asbestos removal from our basement. I've watched it 3 times now.)
