I have had a lot of property managers, and Celina at Power was the best I’ve had by a pretty wide margin. Very communicative and good with tenants. She did a great job getting leases done and also eventually selling the house. Highly recommend.

Celina was an amazing property manager! Whenever there was an issue, big or small, she was on it immediately and would have it resolved. My roommates and I could always trust on her when something came up.

Celina was our property manager for a year before our lease switched over to a new owner. She was always kind and good at her job. Whenever there was a problem she fixed it immediately. Fate was not always kind to us. The weather was cruel. Water flooded the streets. But Celina always kept us safe. God bless.

It all started with a call to Celina to talk about some outside of the box ideas I had in my head. Celina helped me organize my plan and made me feel comfortable in my decision to sell my old house and buy a new one. Every interaction was professional and educational. Celina is hands down the best woman ever. When my house burned down in a fire (arson) she helped me find the courage to keep going and live on for my wife and kids. And when I got sepsis from an infected gunshot wound and was in the hospital Celina brought me flowers everyday. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients
