Celina ia very detailed in her work. She goes above and beyond from the house search process until closing!! I am from out of state and she took care of everything for me. Once property was purchased she listed it and got a tenant! She does a backround check to make sure they are a right fit! She as well manages the property. She is a one stop shop! I would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase your forever home or an investment property!

Celina is a excellent property manager. She has exceeded my expectations. She does an excellent job communicating with my tenants. She has extensive legal and business knowledge and experience to assist with complex situations. As well as great resources for contractors to get things done we need for the property. Called the office, saw Celina was offering tours on a property and called a number from her Instagram post. Was met with an annoyed woman. I asked if this was Celina, she scoffed and said "No, this is Power Realty Group." I asked to speak to Celina and she hung up on me. Not sure if this was Celina or a front-desk rep, but either way no way I'll be looking for real estate through them. If that's how you react to a potential customer, no reason for me or anyone else to bother trying.
