I made an appointment to drop off my boat for 20 hour service (glorified oil change) and touch up to the trailer paint where one of the cross members was scratched from the factory--sales had indicated they would take care of it. Waited a week and dropped it off. They had it for over 2 weeks before I called, they were dealing with staffing issues apparently. I said no big deal I would just appreciate more transparency.
