I requested a tune up service for both of my furnace and AC. They both work, but are getting pretty old. The technician Luis was very pushy trying to convince me to replace my furnace on the spot. I told him this is a big spending and I will need to think about it. After that, with the AC tune up he just did a few inspections and packed up and left. Overall it’s a negative experience. I will not recommend it.
Emiliano was timely, educative, and efficient! My corroded kitchen faucet handle came off and within three hours I had a new set installed.
