After seeing a few podiatrists in Hervey Bay over the past six years, my experience here was extremely positive. No hype, no trying to sell anything, just an accurate assessment, realistic options and a good treatment on my feet. I am confident I’m seeing a well educated, knowledgeable and experienced professional. I shall confidently be returning for ongoing care.
Best Podiatrist ever...
My elderly father with cancer was referred for care. He forgot his appointment and Colin phoned my father and remonstrated him for 15 minutes on the phone for wasting an hour of his time and telling him if he forgot again he was no longer welcome. My father was extremely distressed and upset for days. I plan on lodging a complaint with AHPRA for this unprofessional behaviour and abuse of power. Collin is a true professional. His customer service and care was amazing I have been to other podiatrist in town and he is truly the best one! Can’t recommend him enough, he is amazing!!
