We live in a complex with many units and had our gutters cleaned by Power Plus. Our unit and our neighbours unit looks great. They cleaned up afterwards and our pavement didn't look they had been there as it was free of twigs... Would recommend.
Zero star rating earned by hard work and persistence. They check all the boxes to piss me off: 1) can't keep a schedule, you know I'm thrilled by the inconvenience of staying at home and nobody shows up, 2) arrive without the tools needed for the job AFTER checking the location and still being unprepared, 3) fail to communicate changes to schedule with affected homeowners, you know, out of professional courtesy, mayhaps.
We had these guys come out last year to power wash, and were horrified at the work that was done. Paint chips, caulking gone, shirtless people in my living room window and standing on the glass panes of my awning and leaving boot prints. AND DIDN'T WANT TO COME BACK TO CLEAN IT. Gross. They also left they're garbage. I'm giving two because they're cheap (for a reason) and they showed up. Please go elsewhere.
