This is the worst place I have ever visited. When I arrived—intending to conduct an inspection—they responded to me very rudely, stating that they were closed. This was despite the fact that their signage and posted operating hours clearly indicated that they were open for business. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Came because of the clicking sound when making left turns. Was told to replace the left front axle assembly. $1400 including inspection and labor, fine. Got the invoice saying CAR NEEDS FRONT STRUTS/LINKS?ALIGMENT, another $1700. They do not have the part at the point so I drove home, terrible worse sound all the way back. Got underneath the car to check myself, is so obvious and easy to see where the sound comes from, even for me that has zero knowledge about vehicle mechanics.
