RecommendedI originally took my Toro zero-turn mower in for repairs. Once in the shop I began talking with David, the co-owner. Forty years ago I suffered a neck injury while on active duty in the Army. I told David it was very uncomfortable for me to mow using my existing mower. He suggested several alternatives, one of which I purchased. David took a lot of time explaining different features of various models.I have been completely satisfied with the mower and the staff.
This place lost business today, and I hope this post keeps others away. I visited this location Monday (because it’s the closest to me) for a deck belt. I was informed that they were out of that belt and it would be Wednesday when they put in the order, so I asked when it would be in and was told Friday (today). Upon arrival I was informed that they still didn’t have that belt and it has not been ordered by the same person that told me he would order it on Wednesday. This is piss poor service been waiting on a part for my mower going on three weeks now that is under warranty.
The Power Plus team is awesome! The have an excellent product line combined with great service!
