I just finished the foundations course and moved in to my first CrossFit workout yesterday. I’m dead but feel so good about it! This place is amazing! Aimie and James are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They have spent the last few weeks getting me up to speed and making me feel comfortable in the gym. I had the opportunity to drop in at this box on 2/6/23 and I could not of had a better experience! I made a very last minute decision to drop in at their 5:30am class and messaged them on Facebook at 11pm the night before, but even with the late hour they responded right away and welcomed me so warmly. This space is very well thought out and spacious but does not feel intimidating or cavernous. The coach was engaging and knowledgeable too! Such a great start to the morning!

I love this place and the people who gather here. Everyone is kind, uplifting, & encouraging. I started going when I could barely do a sit-up. The coaches understood my unique physical limitations and worked with me to safely achieve my goals. Best decision of my life.
