Normally I would rate at least four stars from past dealings. Last Saturday I sent a detailed email outlining the problem with my JD E100. Today is Thursday and I've yet to receive a response. Not pleased. UPDATE: ON FRIDAY MAY 1 AT 9:32 AM I RESENT THE ORIGINAL EMAIL TO YOU, JOSH. IT IS NOW TUESDAY AFTERNOON MAY 5 AND GUESS WHAT? CRICKETS. THIS IS UNREAL. And now, Friday May 8 and still no call.
