I am a middle aged man who was simply looking to get some exercise on the tread mill, while lifting moderate weights. The first thing I noted was the price. Jerry's rates are more-than-reasonable and the cheapest I've found. This gym had everything I needed from cardio equipment to free weights and machines to hit every muscle group. Rarely busy, people are very nice, excellent selection of equipment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.
