Online order arrived within 36hrs of order including a few emails to clarify the current colours in stock. Helmet didn’t arrive due to supplier issues and i had trouble contacting Power & Pedal and i suggest you update your shop contacts on google please. Great price, fast order processing, excellent products fit for purpose.
Online order: Bmx arrived the next day. 2x helmets have not arrived. the phone number doesnt ring and emails go unanswered. hoping this will attract attention so i can can talk to shop and put the 5 star review i wanted to put because the colour change (new stock) emails and prompt delivery was fantastic and recommendations made according to needs were easily communicated. A small mishap i believe and everybody deserves that grace. Please respond re: order #2096.
Purchased a quad from them approx 4 years ago. Broke the right break lever. Went into the shop before Xmas and asked them if they can source me a break lever. I gave him the broken part plus $50 deposit WHICH HAS NOT BEEN OFFERED AS A RETURN. He took my name a contact details. Months on, no contact, I had to reach out to them to get a response.
