Totally stoked about this gym. I use a fake name online due to a stalker ex wife. But I am a member. First off, I am a few years out of practice after an elbow injury. No one makes me feel insecure about lifting at a reduced weight. Going from a 200 lb to 100 lb bench kind of bruises my ego. Two, I love the heavy bag. Three, as a van lifer it is nice to have private shower stalls that are actually hot. Four, as someone who is getting back into the game after a three year break. There might be no windows, but we don't need that distraction. The machines might be on the older side, but they are the ones our heroes used. The lighting might be 1999 strip mall, but we're not here for social media. Never felt more comfortable in a gym. 5/5. P.S. They just installed an Elkay ezH20 water refill station. 🔥

Love this place. Signed my son and myself up months ago and we now go here almost daily. It’s a unique gym with everything you need to work every muscle. I’ve made a number of new friends here. Management is great and we look forward to being power palace members for years to come !

Best gym to go to in the state. Limitless growth opportunities, with accommodation of training programs. Great strong kind assertive respectful community. The owner is a great guy too. I've gone here for a while and definitely will return. Great place for powerlifting and bodybuilding and well really any sport that is combat too. Great gym better then any gym I've ever been to in the past 7 years. I'd highly recommend.
