Deborah was personable, the work was excellent, price was high. She agreed to return and stain 3 new boards on my deck once they weathered. She did not return, when I called she said next week. Again she was a no-show, this time when I called I got no response from voice mail, E-mail or text. She ghosted me. I told her I would post a really bad review if she did not complete the work. Apparently she did not care. So as promised here's the review. I did the work myself.

Very prompt and the itemized billing was very detailed which we needed. Great job on our fix & flip. Power Painting painted the entire house including ceilings. And they were able to do a bunch of the repairs. Replaced the toilet, refinished the bath tub, changed out most of the lights, and arranged for carpet. We had it listed for 20k lower before we went with them to freshen up the place. We ended up listing 20k higher after and we not only got it, we actually accepted an offer for 10k over.
