I called over to get a gear actuator for my Piper. Ryan was super knowledgeable. Amazing what he knew about the part, alternate part numbers, history of part numbers, etc. Very competent in this space. Very easy to do business with, and they were very quick to respond to every question. It was a great support from the guys. I needed an electrical motor for a Piper Cheyenne, and it arrived within 1 week to the othirside of the world. :)
Will not even give them one star. They cost me one thousand dollars. Anyone who orders from them, please beware of the core part you are sending back. I ordered a 2500$ pump with a 1000$ core charge. They charged me the core charge due to different manufacture of the core pump. When I ordered the pump that had the same part number as the core pump, sales person did not tell me anything about the manufacture being different. I have had a great experience with this company when I needed parts for my Piper Navajos. I have ordered overhauled hydraulic pumps and fuel pumps from them and they came through every time with quality overhauls and great customer service. I dealt with them on multiple occasions. Great company!
