I had a bad tire on a new Polaris Ranger and the dealership that sold me the Ranger would not fix the tire under warranty. I called Power Pac and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out while I wait. 20 minutes later I was on my way with a repaired tire.

I bought in a zero turn that wouldn't start. They called and told me they had two hours of labor in it. With the parts (a battery, solenoid and an air filter) so far it's going to be $571. They said they would have two more hours of labor in it at $120 an hour. I just paid them the $571 and picked up my mower. I dug into it myself and found it has a bad fuel pump. I found it on Amazon for $14. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Management helped me solve an issue with a service that was needed. The John Deer 380 rider had repairs for one issue when a separate issue likely was the problem. Everything was done fairly and I’ll work with them again.

Can’t say enough about Kyle. He was honest. Didn’t hard sell me on anything. Listened to what I needed in a UTV and he delivered spot on. I would recommend him and this dealership 100 percent and I have been visiting quite a few over the last year. My Kawasaki and I will be getting along great and getting a lot of work done. Thanks again Kyle and Tess? and Power PAC!
