Made an appointment For December 4th drop our snowmobile off early it needed the carburetor's gone through which is exactly what I told them when I dropped it off on December 4th I received a call that said I was right about the diagnosis of the snowmobile and it would take about a week to get parts. We waited, made multiple phone calls and got no return phone calls, stopped in in person and got no answers.
