Management helped me solve an issue with a service that was needed. The John Deer 380 rider had repairs for one issue when a separate issue likely was the problem. Everything was done fairly and I’ll work with them again.
Can’t say enough about Kyle. He was honest. Didn’t hard sell me on anything. Listened to what I needed in a UTV and he delivered spot on. I would recommend him and this dealership 100 percent and I have been visiting quite a few over the last year. My Kawasaki and I will be getting along great and getting a lot of work done. Bought a used CF Moto, four wheeler and customer service has been horrible! Four wheeler had clutch issues from day one and they just shrugged it off until their warranty was off of it. After they told me they want almost $2000 to fix it. I told them that I will pick it up and I get there and this is how they have my four wheeler sitting waiting for pick up! 10 out of 10 I would not shop here again! Their loss because I was looking at upgrading to a new side-by-side but I’d rather take my business over to Lang!
