Tammy is the best spin instructor ever. Go for bikes and beats on Monday 6 pm. The studio is in a great location. Old school bikes and a clean setup. They even offer yoga!

The 1st thing is the great vibe I get when I enter POF. Every client takes A private class with a very knowledgeable trainer in whatever kind of training they choose. Some could be working out in the gym area some in the TRX area and working out with weights and of course there’s Ruthy the Pilates teacher.
