I have been seeing Michelle now for a few years - consistently. My one hour sessions are physical, mental and spiritual therapy. A small monthly treat to relieve some pain, loosen the limbs and to again get centered. This is not a spa retreat. This is a wholistic experience.

Michelle of Power of Touch Sports Massage is awesome. I initially booked an appointment after a recommendation from a friend. I was experiencing pain in the upper part of my back near my clavicle. After explaining what she was going to do, Michelle used deep tissue massage to loosen things up that gave me immediate relieve. I have been back a few times now and will continue to schedule appointments monthly. I highly recommend Michelle and the Power of Touch!
