I’ve been doing zoom workout sessions with Teresa for the past 2 1/2 months and she is fantastic and very easy to work. I’m in the comfort of my own home and I already see a difference. She guided me with what Equipment I needed and for $35 I Purchase everything I needed from five below. I highly recommend Teressa and zoom seasons. 100/100

Teresa is just a doll to work with - she's energetic, encouraging, imaginative and keeps the work-out rolling and enjoyable. I have a gym in my home and I still prefer to work out with her three times a week. I've been a member of several local gyms and a couple of national chains through the years and I find that the one-on-one training can't be beat.
