I have been working with Teresa for many years. She does a great job. Recently I came to her for our regular workout with a very sore neck and shoulders. We used blocking for the whole session and I left there feeling 100% better. It really works and Teresa has taken the time to become knowledgeable about this technique. Grateful for you Teresa!
