I just want to send out a big thanks to Mechanic/Technician Joseph. My brother and I stopped in on July 5th, because his Dodge van was having issues. Joseph came out and hooked up his diagnostic tool to the van, to determine the problems. He spent 15 minutes helping us, and we were very grateful. My brother had to get his teenage daughter home to Spokane so he was very worried the van wouldn't make it. After Josephs help, my brother made it home. Extremely rude in service! Traveling in the area and needed oil change. According to web page they have an Express service. When stopped in today was told needed an appointment, when mentioned web site was told” obviously the site is wrong”. This place is so unprofessional and unpleasant. Will drive the extra hour to go elsewhere.
It was an overall tolerable experience until I walked into the finance office. After being made to decline the extended warranty FIVE times the finance manager told me I had an attitude problem. (Imagine this comment ever being said to a man). He then told me it was unnecessary to read my contract, and got frustrated that I was reading all of my information and making sure it was correct.
