Michael was fantastically supportive trying to locate a discontinued part for an old - but working - ride on mower. He tried multiple suppliers on my behalf, but to no avail. When I called and let him know that I had found a supplier in the UK, his response was immediate - "buy it!" To my mind, that's commendably honest, and is typical of my experiences with Power'N'Play in Shepparton - good folks to do business with.

Supposed to be a Yamaha dealer. Thinking it was a good idea to have my motorbike serviced and fixed up for a roadworthy, but instead, they made it worse, brand new chain came loose and could have been a serious accident, brake fluid leaking, they forgot screws in the front plastics, and overall wrecked my bike, don't take anything to this place, they should be shut down, they don't even have a senior qualified tech to go over the work, disgusted in their work and the fact it was 5 weeks with only 10 hours done on the bike, o... read more
As a woman trying to purchase a motorbike for my son was really disheartening. Until I found power and play Shepparton. I called a number of shops in the region and even got over quoted on one and spoken to like the uneducated female that I am. (Male friend called 10 minutes after me and was treated completely different and quoted $850 cheaper).
