This place is a JOKE. Do not purchase anything from this place. Customer Service SUCKS. I have been 1 1/2 months trying to get a trimmer head. They sent the wrong one. They keeps asking for my model# and serial#, I sent it to them 3 time. I've talked to Amy, Latoya, and others. They never call back. Why should they, they got my money. You will be hours on the phone waiting for customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Received message that part was out of stock. When the part was delivered, it was not what was advertised. After over an hour wait on the phone, customer service said they would send a return shipping label, which I have not received. Expect to wait an hour or more to talk to someone from "Customer service".

My experience so far with Power Mower Sales has been the WORST OF THE WORST! I should have read these reviews first, I would have NEVER ordered from this place. 5 days later, no email with shipping information. I called and gave up after 30 minutes on hold for customer service. Called back a few days later and got the same endless loop telling me that I"m "number 9" on the wait list to be helped with an estimated time that kept increasing the longer I waited.

Run away, run away!!!!!! You will place your order for an "in stock" part, they will take your money and that will be the last you hear from them. Can't believe they are allowed to be in business. Please read all reviews of this clown show before you throw your money out the window.

I placed an order and at that time, online showed all the parts I ordered in stock. I soon received an email showing my order was “processing”. After having no further word 6 days later I called and after a 30 minute wait was told the last part for my order had just arrived and my order would be shipping to me that day. 5 days later my parts had still not shipped. Bought a deck for my Snapper rider. $255 + $16 shipping. I was thinking, "wow that's a great price for shipping!" The next day after I had made the purchase, an email said "This email is to inform you that your order is considered oversized and does not qualify for flat rate shipping. The total shipping cost is $100.00, to continue with this order an additional $84.01 needs to be collected." Wow, thanks for telling me now!
