My experience here was not very pleasant. I spent 4–5 hours trying to work with them. The owner did seem willing to make a deal, and after some back-and-forth we reached a number that seemed reasonable. The individual assisting us, who claimed to have decades of experience, used confusing terminology as if I wouldn’t understand. False advertising. Save your time. I even called over the phone and they told me a price 10K lower than what they are really asking. On top of that, they will act like they are a victim. How pathetic.
