My experience here was not very pleasant. I spent 4–5 hours trying to work with them. The owner did seem willing to make a deal, and after some back-and-forth we reached a number that seemed reasonable. However, the biggest red flag came when it was time to go over the payment and financing options. The individual assisting us, who claimed to have decades of experience, used confusing terminology as if I wouldn’t understand.
