I started Power Mixed Martial Arts about 2 and a half weeks ago, and when it comes to martial arts especially in utah i havent found a better place. since mma is a small sport in utah it's easy to get sucked into a bad gym for a bad price because you can't find another one. but it couldnt be more different with Power. Sean is a wonderful coach who takes the time to watch each student individually and train them the way they need, and motivate them to do so as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Sean Powers/Power MMA is absolutely fantastic! Sean is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing you to be your best while ensuring proper technique and safety. The facility is top-notch, clean and well-maintained. He caters to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced fighters. The community here is welcoming and motivating, making every session enjoyable and productive. Whether you're looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or compete, Power MMA is the place to be. Highly recommend!
sean is one of the most respectful and intelligent coaches i’ve ever met. he takes the time to get to know your style of fighting and focuses on nothing more than bettering you. he’s an amazing example for the students he teaches and the community he is apart of. i am grateful and extremely prideful to say i go here. and not to mention the friendship and family-like bonds you create by just going there. come and give it a shot, i promise you it’s worth it.

I’ve been coming here for 2 months and I’ve absolutely loved it. It’s something that my late brother did before he passed away and it’s given me a chance to get to know him more in a way. Sean it’s super cool and is willing to help out no matter what level your at and I’ve learned so much from him.
