Sean is the absolute man! He’s an amazing coach but he’s an even better man. He has a very personal connection with everyone and genuinely cares about each and every person at his gym. If your looking for a gym or a killer mentor power mma is the way!!
Such an awesome environment! I take my 4 year old son with me to almost every class. Sean is an amazing coach and mentor to him and to me as well, instilling confidence, discipline, and self sufficiency in both of us. Not only do I stay in shape but I have an absolute blast doing it and my son is so engaged and excited to go every week. Would recommend to anyone that wants a welcoming, ego free place to learn and train.
Sean is an amazing coach who challenges you mentally and physically. Pushing you to your best. I have learned a lot of discipline and skill while training here. He doesn’t just help you in martial arts but in areas of your life. I would absolutely recommend coming to The Powerhouse.
He has gotten mad at me because I missed one day after I've been going through a lot he kicked me out because I was hanging out with my friend and I was having a sleepover in my parents didn't no and overall it's I just had a bad experience at the powerhouse so that's why I'm giving it one star
I started Power Mixed Martial Arts about 2 and a half weeks ago, and when it comes to martial arts especially in utah i havent found a better place. since mma is a small sport in utah it's easy to get sucked into a bad gym for a bad price because you can't find another one. but it couldnt be more different with Power. Sean is a wonderful coach who takes the time to watch each student individually and train them the way they need, and motivate them to do so as well. 10/10 would recommend.
