After reading other poor reviews mentioning Shannon, it's clear our experience with her lying to us repeatedly (confirmed by NauticStar when we called them directly) is not a one-time issue!!
I ordered a swim platform for my boat in July of 2017. It is now September and after being told by Shannon in parts multiple times that it was on the way, I finally got in touch with the fine folks at Nautic Star boats who told me they in fact did not make a swim platform for my boat and that Shannon had never tried to order it until that day. So instead of telling me the truth about not being able to get one, she gladly took my credit card number to charge me for something she could not get. I really hope she didn't charge ... read more

Dale was great to work with when we ordered our boat, and we love our boat. However, Shannon is less than reliable. She notoriously over promises results and under delivers. Everyday when you speak to her is "It's been one of those days". After you've purchased a boat, you have to go through her to try and get anything accomplished, and she seems massively overwhelmed. I visited Power Marine Outfitters earlier today to let their staff know that this listing here on Facebook showed the status "May Be Permanently Closed". The reception I personally received was curt. The lady I spoke with made it clear she did not have time to do her day's work and take care of Facebook as well. I thanked her for her time and left. This was not my first conversation with the owner and staff of Power Marine Outfitters. Each time before was rather similar in nature.
