Had a Generac generator installed by Scott’s team. Kelly from his office staff was wonderful and incredibly patient (but also assertive and helpful) in dealing with delays from Columbia Gas and the pipeline company. All the installers were very polite and easy to chat with when I had questions.
Pool Heater went out. Scott came out to diagnose. Gas valve went bad. They found the part in Cbus and repaired the next day..This happened on July 3rd and the day before his vacation.. Couldn't ask for better service.
