Sad to say, power life yoga at west glenn Town center has no regard for its neighbors expectation of peace and quiet! What genius decided it would be a good idea to put a business like this in a residential building. A question to this business management and their customers. How would you like it if someone parked a PA and stereo system next to your home at 5:15 in the morning and throughout the day to hold exercise classes? Just getting back into yoga and working out after having a baby and Power Life is everything I need in one place. Hot yoga, sculpt, barre, the works!
I did the $40 for 30 days and the instructors were fantastic! I tried every class type offered and each session felt purposeful and helped me to rephrase my thoughts, along with bringing me flexibility, strength, and toning.
Love, love, LOVE the classes I've taken during my $40 promo month!!! Huge variety of class type, time and location!
Maybe my 1st and only experience here was just extremely negative but this location specifically does not have very kind staff. I would recommend doing yoga at your location studio or through Green Yoga house
