I LOVE POWER JUMP IT!!! I started few months ago with a little hesitation, but after the 1st class I decided this was my go to activity! I love the trainers they are so friendly and great attitude always eager to help and get your goals sooner!! I've been gaining muscle and getting better every day! Thank you so much jumpers!!!

If you want a great, fun workout with results “Power Jump It” is where it’s at! Love the versatility that you get when you join! There is kangaroo boots, trampoline and Zumba! I love the added accessories (hand weights, bands, floor exercises, hula hoop, etc) that is added to our exercise routine making each day a challenge! Besides all this I love Vanessa and the other instructors! They all are great and keep you motivated!
