The staff needs to be fired from their line of work. They do not care about people and are in the wrong line of business. They are young and inexperienced and rude to people. They spend more time messing things up then anyone in any office I've ever been to. Whoever hired them needs to re evaluate and observe how they deal with people when the management is away. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the way the staff alone treats people.
Be for warned! This is the most unprofessional medical office staff me & my family have had to deal with. My husband was scheduled to see an ENT Dr. instead of a Urologist by mistake of the nurse who set it up wasting 4 hrs out of our day and getting off work to do so, and it took 3 weeks only to find out they screwed up then had to be scheduled w/the actual Uroloigist which took another month to get in to see.
