Power Investment Real Estate is an awesome company. Tuan not only cares about the success of his clients, but he's also super patient. He helped me find the perfect location for our first restaurant. As a client, I want to have someone that has my best interest at heart. He handled all of the negotiations so that I could focus my time on other important things. I am already using him again for our second location. Highly recommended.

Tuan with Power Investment Real Estate was a great help to me. I needed to get into a commercial building with the right specifications and in a timely manner. He found a perfect location for us within 5 minutes of my home and ideal office and warehouse space. Tuan assisted my business parnter and I with finding our new office location in the Elk Grove area. He was very attentive to our needs and most importantly efficient with the entire process.
