If I could give a negative star rating I would do so. NEVER EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!!! My power bill would have been $50 this month, but because of this company it’s $151!! It took me calling my state attorney general office just to get my service canceled. I originally signed up with Star Energy Partners and they were bought out by another company which was purchased by this one....or so I’m told. Canceling was a NIGHTMARE. A completely unethical company. I subscribed for 6 months and was told that my rate would go up if I didn't cancel or renew at the end of the 6 months. I have changed providers many times and I am aware of the rate increase - if I don't pay attention my bill goes up, I get it. However, what this company does is not only increase you rate to FAR MORE the Eversource standard rate, but they also enter you into a new contract that has a $50.00 cancellation fee. Avoid doing business with Public Power at all costs.
