My husband and I drove all the way from PA to trade in our bass boat and purchase a new Caymas, my husband had great communication with Will making the processes extremely easy from a far distance. The boat we purchased was even better in person and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed, even the shop was beautiful. We’re upset we don’t live closer to have the boat serviced at Power Implements.
Do not bring them an Evinrude Etec for warranty work. I brought mine in and it sat there for 8 months with me calling to check in every month and they kept telling me that the were waiting on parts to build a manifold in order to troubleshoot the motor. I ended up calling BRP warranty just to check up and make sure something is being done because the owner told me from day one that BRP is hard to get anything done with the motors. THESE GUYS A TOP NOTCH!!!! WE WERE DOWN THERE FOR A HIGH SCHOOL TOURNAMENT AND HAD PROBLEMS. WILL AND HIS GUYS JUMP ON IT AND HAD US ON THE WATER FOR TOURNAMENT DAY!!!!!!
