My fear of flying had reaching debilitaing levels. Nothing could keep me calm on a flight. I needed professional help, or I was going to have to ground myself. I had two sessions with Marc, and I practiced the meditation and self-hypnosis he taught me. I was able to fly back and forth to England calmly, no issues.
