Miked helped us buy our first home. Throughout the process he took the time to find the home that worked for us and did not try to rush us. He always took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand the process. Mike was on time for appointments and very responsive. I appreciated all of his knowledge and expertise when looking at homes. He was also fun to work with. If I need to buy or sell a home in the future I would call Mike. Thank you, Mike!

Purchasing a new home is a very stressful event. We are extremely delighted with the service we received from Mike and Power House Group! From showing us whatever home we wanted to look at, to helping us navigate through a bidding war once we found new home, to handling last minute closing statement surprises , he is truly the best! I have used Mike SEVERAL times! He sold my house, help me get my Condo, SOLD my condo in record time and set a record with the sale price, AND helped me find my current house. He is FANTASTIC to work with, honest, finds the flaws in the houses, even the beautifully redone ones..(one had foundation issue that I never would have seen!) I HIGHLY recommend Mike!!
