Power House Generators LLC deserves 0 stars! I do not recommend working with Brad and Melissa Andrysczyk for any reason. Brad did not listen to specific requests I had about our project. His communication is terrible. He said he would be back in 2 weeks, but didn’t come back for 6 weeks and never once contacted us to say there was a delay. When we received our invoice, there were mistakes and fees included he never disclosed to us. We had other problems with Brad Andrysczyk, too many to share all of them. Brad and Joe helped us install our generator purchased by our contractor. They thoroughly explained the install processs and provided hands on learning of how to work the generator/panel which left us feeling confident and capable. They both are professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for any generator/electrical job. Thank you, Powerhouse team!
