Power House installed our Generac generator 2 years ago, and so far we've been pleased with the service. We've had one generator failure (no fault of Power House) and they were very responsive in getting out to the house and getting it back up and running.
Brad was so pleasant to work with and extremely professional. He was 10 minutes early to the job and very thorough in answering any questions I had. Highly recommend!
Power House Generators LLC deserves 0 stars! I do not recommend working with Brad and Melissa Andrysczyk for any reason. Brad did not listen to specific requests I had about our project. His communication is terrible. He said he would be back in 2 weeks, but didn’t come back for 6 weeks and never once contacted us to say there was a delay. When we received our invoice, there were mistakes and fees included he never disclosed to us. We had other problems with Brad Andrysczyk, too many to share all of them.
