This is a great gym. Loved the workouts, and was with them for over a year. I had to cancel because the distance for me was just a bit too far. Fabulous workouts with Stephanie and Fred. I left here in some of the best shape of my life! May wind up going back! Hope they get another Henderson location, closer to Horizon/Mission area.
I normally go to the Southwest gym but I visit this Henderson location when the schedule calls for it. Power Hour 360 is crushing it at both locations for me... "Techmology" - Flat screen TVs are mounted all over the gym which provides real time info on your workout intensity from your heart rate monitor: heart rate zone and calories burned.
