I have not had the PHT service for over a year, with no contract obligation, and they still charge me after sending a notice of cancellation via certified mail. This company is either desperate to continue to charge my account or lacking in customer support. I have my service with Brinks Home, please stop billing me!!!
Rodney came by on a Friday evening, very short notice, did a walk through of the house and property and within thirty minutes had an affordable plan set. The technician was there first thing Saturday morning and in less than an hour I was up an running! Every employee I have spoken to and worked with has been professional and personable. I would not recommend any other company for home or business security. Thanks to the whole team for an outstanding experience and making my first time buying a home a little less stressful!
