I wish I had trusted my instincts and not gotten a system from a door-to-door salesman, especially one who showed up right after I moved in. Service is horrible with no follow up. They made empty promises to rectify my issues with the motion detector and never showed nor are they easy to get ahold of. One camera was Incorrectly installed in my siding and not in the frame of my door and the other camera I recieved doesn't work. Now I have a system that barely works and damaged siding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We werent happy at all with the cameras and when we reached out to cancel they told us no. It had only been a week. They said they didn’t have a trial period and that we could not break our contract. I don’t recommend. Go someone like ADP where it is slightly cheaper, with more, and better reviews, and they have a trial of 30 days I believe.

Awesome people...from Customer Service to the Installation Technician and all areas in between. Far better than other companies that I have dealt with.

Worst alarm company ever. Cameras don’t work and alarm system goes out on a daily basis. There has been days when I turned my system on and we can still up doors and windows with out setting the alarm off. The customer service is horrible and they take weeks to try and fix any issues that might arise. Buyers Beaware!!!!!
