I had PHT come and install a system in my home. It has worked well for the last 2 years {out of a 5 year contract} and every time we call them they are available to come look at the system and fix/install new equipment what was not working correctly. We pay $50 a month for monitoring and it seems a bit high to me when you compare it to other systems. I'm sure you can talk them down if you try. I recently had an alarm system installed by Power Home Technologies. Dustin called A LOT! After I initially inquired through BuyerZone, he called me 7 times in one day while I was at work. I had Dustin come to my house to tell me more about the system but he didn’t know anything about how the systems should be setup.
