TOTAL CROOKS. NO WORKING NUMBER!!! I paid monthly for a year a little over a year now and got some questionable info in the mail from a “Safe home security” I have never heard of. When I called brinks @brinks I was told that I have not been monitored for a year!!! @PHT ARE CROOKS. I will be sending them and @brinks to the BBB!!!
I have been trying to get someone to help me with starting a plan and getting the equipment I already have in my home turned on. But no one has called me back. Will be looking at another company.
Kevin Ely was extremely professional and knowledgeable when explaining the Brinks system which made me want to purchase it over all other companies. Also Kenny Ritenour installed the system and took time to show me all of the different functions. KUDOS to them both for being patient with me and making me feel like their #1 customer
I actually purchased 4 alarms from Kevin Ely, three were for businesses and one was for my home and he was 100% on everything he told me. Listen to my questions and concerns and address them and dealt with them and provided exactly what he said he would I am extremely satisfied and I don’t remember the tech guys last name but COREY was outstanding as well I would definitely referr many people to them, and have!! Thank you guys
