I had an entire system installed on my home. The installation team was great, they arrived on time, were polite and professional and overall did a great job. The office, on the other hand, they should all resign. I have called MULTIPLE times trying to get service done on my system (it hasn't worked from the start), they have told me they would get a service scheduled, then never called me back (even though I've been promised a call-back many times). Stay away run the other way good reviews are bought with $50 gift cards got a solar system 5 months ago screwed up my roof system still not on tried to blame it on inspector when it's their fault won't call me back said they'd send me an inconvenience check nothing run stay away calling Better Business Bureau and legal help
