We got a new roof and seven new windows. Each job was done in a short day. The workers were polite and efficient. The sales people were knowledgeable and thorough. The materials were of the highest quality and the prices were reasonable because of the company’s size and buying power. The warranty is for life, and transferable.

Terrible company. Once you’re locked in the contract you’re screwed and they refuse to fix anything they damaged or breaks. They are asking for a lawsuit.

Overall 2 out of 5 stars. My biggest concerns were the extremely wide width of the frame for the vinyl windows that they offered. The frames seem much wider than the industry standard. I should not lose 10 inches of my window because the frame is 5 in on the left and 5 in on the right. I suspect it is a cost saving measure for them since the vinyl is probably cheaper than glass. We had $18,000 worth of new windows installed on our old farm home. A few days after install we noticed two windows wouldn’t lock and one is unable to open. We tried trouble shooting and unable to resolve the issue so we called the customer service number and was told the first available date for somebody to come out and gave a look was in November!
