I had windows installed 1 year ago. One of the windows was installed with missing equipment. The contractor advised they would be back the following week to fix it. I have called numerous times and sent pictures of the missing part and I have yet to see a contractor or receive a call back. Every time I call I am told someone will get back to me. As I need the TYPE of service this company offers I foolishly to agreed to an quote appt next day.Their man came to my house "because they were doing work in my neighborhood". As always, the contractor said "we're not soliciting, just asking if your interested in scheduling appointment for a quote". Our neighborhood is clearly posted 'NO Soliciting'. In retrospect, I should have told him to leave. He spent way too much of my courteous time, repeating himself 3 or 4 times on each aspect of the (frankly) solicitation. I gave... read more
