Very professional and courteous. Not pushy or rude. Installed 4 new windows… everything was done perfectly. They have multiple people visit to oversee the project. No payment whatsoever until job is completely done & you’re 100% satisfied. Large company with “family owned” feel. Would highly recommend them!
Unethical sales practices
There were problems with a door they installed. They did respond immediately when I called and sent someone out in 2 weeks to evaluate. Then sent another person out 2 weeks later to evaluate again. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. Called again and was advised a service manager would call me back. It’s been about 6 weeks and still nothing from them. Want to get you to quickly commit to hiring them but not so much when they need to correct a problem they created. I’m very disappointed.
Super pushy sales people. I would never use this company just based on first impressions.
Had a roof,gutter, and radiant barrier install. Excellent start to end experience. Great customer service and the work crews were fast and efficient. Very professional.
