Great installation and service. We are very pleased with our new Pella Symphony windows. We can already feel the difference with less heat coming through the glass when the sun is directly on the window.
The intiial impression was proffesional. All the gentleman i spoke with were knowledgable and knew their product. Tristan the salesman was proffesional and thorough and honest.

Predatory sales company first, remodeling company second. They knocked on my door saying they were doing work at another house in my neighborhood. That turned out to be false. I told them I wasn’t interested in replacing all my windows, but I do have one with a broken seal and a slider door that needs to be replaced. He said they would measure everything but could itemize just the window and slider. I asked how long it would take and he said it could be as little as 30 minutes. That wasn’t true either.
