Everyone was very professional, explained exactly what I was getting, very easy to understand from the first initial visit to the end I was satisfied with the service provided.
We had our roof replaced. Had nothing but issues from beginning to “end”. Last issue was leaving nails all over our driveway after saying that they guarantee that no nails would be left behind. And there is NO way to get in touch with anyone with the company to make sure it is completed correctly. They also moved our basketball goal and did not move it back. My husband and I are not able to move it. Called again this AM. There are 2 women and 2 young children who are supposedly cleaning up the nails etc from our yard. I was ... read more
A new Roof is always an expense nobody wants to have but the team was nice and efficient which made it a little easier to accept the price for installation.
We had 4 windows replaced with power and they did a wonderful job. The windows look great and their customer service was top notch. Every representative we spoke with was on time and very responsive with any concerns or questions we had. They were very transparent with what services we getting and the cost we were to pay. And they displayed the utmost care for their customer’s experience. Would recommend and will be a return customer.
